Return Policy

All pottery sales are final sale and therefore we do not accept returns. If your piece arrives broken, please reach out with photos of the damaged packaging/piece and we will assist you.

Pottery Care

We recommend washing by hand. Pieces are food safe. Please do not microwave.

Shipping

We are a small team so please allow 5-8 business days for processing. Items will ship priority shipping with tracking and you will receive it in approximately 2-4 days once it has shipped. If you need your order by a certain date, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate!

All shipping charges are based on weight and location. 

Stock

All work is made by hand and one of a kind. There are no multiples of pieces unless otherwise stated. If you want something in multiples you can reach out to us about a special order at hello@greatflorals.com
